Global leaders bridge generation gaps to drive innovation

In fall 2025, Hong Kong hosted Northeastern’s third annual Intergenerational Leaders Exchange, bringing together the university’s global community to explore how AI, agility, and intergenerational collaboration are reshaping business and education. The event drew participation from President Aoun, Board of Trustees members, university leadership, Young Global Leaders, alumni, parents, and community leaders.

Hong Kong was selected for the Intergenerational Leaders Exchange as one of Asia’s most dynamic financial centers and gateway to international business and innovation. The city’s community of alumni and families have been instrumental in connecting Northeastern’s world-class talent with the region’s leading organizations, resulting in 16 exceptional career placements across 12 industries since 2021.
